Grief and bereavement support starts at admission. It is offered to the patient, their family and friends by our entire team of experienced and dedicated professionals. Our doctors, nurses, chaplains, social workers, bereavement coordinator and volunteers are trained to listen to the story that brought you to this place and guide you through the challenges you face. Because each person copes with grief differently, we offer the following support:
Our grief and bereavement services are provided to family and friends for 13 months after the death of a hospice patient, and up to two years after the death of a child.
We have designed a program that will meet many bereavement needs. We hope that you will find help here for navigating your own grief journey.
