MAKE A REFERRAL

Patients must have a physicians’ order to be admitted into Hospice care. However, a referral to Hospice of the Golden Isles can come from anyone – a family member, a friend, a medical advisor (family MD or specialist) or the patient themselves. Often, an admission into our Hospice starts with a call from the spouse or child of a patient who is just inquiring about whether our services may be right for their loved one.
